Roseco Product Return Policy

Inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt and before setting stones. Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.

You may return unaltered, undamaged merchandise in resellable condition with an invoice copy and reason for return. Discontinued or closeout items are sold "as is" and are nonreturnable.

Return merchandise to: Roseco, 13740 Omega Road, Dallas, TX 75244.

Credit will not be issued on the following items: wire and sheet, solder, grains and alloys, diamonds, damaged or altered items, special orders, discontinued items, close-out items, rhodium and other plating solutions, and invoiced merchandise older than 180 days.

Credit will be issued in the same manner as paid. Returns after 30 days are subject to a restock fee, and only credit on account will be issued with no refunds. Returns will not be accepted after 180 days.

Wedding bands, gold chains, and diamond-set components have a 10-day return limit based on the invoice date. Returns received after 10 days are subject to a 15% restock fee. Diamond-set items include Margarita semi-mount components, Cathedral micro-pavé rings, diamond leverbacks, diamond bails, diamond ear studs, diamond bezel chains, etc.

Returns should be packaged securely in a box. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
