Roseco Terms and Conditions

Below is a list of Roseco's terms and conditions concerning pricing, discounts, orders, payment, credit, returns, shipping, and disclaimers.


Prices of precious metal items will fluctuate daily with their respective market. We use the second London gold fix, Johnson Matthey's 950/Ru platinum market, second London palladium fix, and the London silver fix. We impose a minimum floor of $265/oz. on the gold market.

Because many of our tools and supplies are imported, prices can change frequently. All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing.

All prices listed in the catalog, on this website, or quoted over the phone are based on the average weight and may vary.

All prices shown in our online store are listed at your cost. You will need to log into an active account to view prices on precious metal items.

Note that the prices shown online reflect the metal market of the previous business day, but your actual price will be calculated based on the date of the invoice. Backorder and special orders will also be billed of day of shipment (not on day of initial order). Please keep this in mind with the current fluctuating markets.


A 7% Quick-Pay discount is available on all net orders over $250 when paid within 10 days or by COD. A 4% Quick-Pay discount is available on credit card orders over $250.

Past due accounts do not qualify for Quick-Pay discounts. Certain products (such as diamonds) are excluded from the Quick-Pay discount.

Quantity discounts are liberal and easy to achieve. All quantity discounts are calculated and shown with the item's pricing in our online store.


All orders (including those by fax or e-mail) received by 5:00pm Central Time will be shipped the same day. Because we absorb a substantial portion of shipping costs, orders under $25 will be assessed full freight charges.

When ordering by phone, fax, or e-mail, please include the following information: account number, contact name, shipping & payment preference, stock or series number, size, metal, and quantity.

Allow 3 to 4 weeks (or more) on approved special orders.

Payment Terms and Credit Policy

7% 10 days ($250 minimum), Net 30 days to qualified accounts.
4% Quick-Pay discount ($250 minimum) on credit card orders.

JBT 1 and 2 rated accounts are temporarily shipped Net 30-Day terms. A completed credit application must be submitted and approved to established a permanent line of credit.

We accept all major credit cards, cashier's checks, money orders, or company checks on shipments that do not meet open billing requirements. To request open terms, a completed credit application must be submitted. This process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. We rely on the cooperation of your references in establishing a line of credit.

Past due accounts are shipped COD until the balance is paid. NSF checks will be charged any Quick-Pay discount plus a $25 service charge. All past due accounts are charged 1.5% on the past due balance.

Due to the Patriot Act Law, first time accounts must provide at least one government-issued identification number. This includes your state resale tax number, federal tax ID number, valid driver's license, or social security number.

Inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt and before setting stones. Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. You may return unaltered, undamaged merchandise in resellable condition with an invoice copy and reason for return.

Credit will not be issued on the following items, and not limited to: wire & sheet, damaged or altered items, special orders, grains and alloys, close-out items, rhodium and plating solution, invoiced merchandise older than 180 days.

Credit will be issued in the same manner as paid. Returns after 30 days are subject to a restock fee, and only credit on account will be issued with no refunds. Returns will not be accepted after 180 days.

Returns should be packaged securely in a box. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.


We offer several FedEx and UPS ship options. Heavy packages are shipped via ground service unless you specify otherwise.

Customers in residential and remote shipping areas are subject to additional shipping surcharges.

Fuel surcharges are imposed by the carriers and are adjusted periodically.

Carriers are liable for any damages are occur during transit. If you have a shortage or suspect damage during transit, then you must: not sign for the package until the problem is acknowledged by the carrier, retain all cartons and packing materials until inspection is completed and claim has been paid, and file a claim with the carrier within 15 days of receipt of goods.

All hazardous cargo orders must be factory drop-shipped via ground service, and additional hazardous cargo fees may apply.

Texas Customers

A Texas resale tax certificate is required for any purchase of resellable goods within the state of Texas. Sales tax will be assessed for any purchase of non-resellable goods within the state of Texas, including (but no limited to) tools, supplies, and equipment.


All products offered by Roseco are intended for use by trained professional, knowledgeable trade persons only. Except where indicated, these products are not intended for use by the general public. Persons who are unfamiliar with the proper handling and use of hazardous materials and equipment should not purchase or use these products. Failure to comply with the manufacturer's instructions and safety guidelines for use can be dangerous and/or cause serious injury or health problems.

All available product warranties are offered by the manufacturer and not by Roseco. Please contact the manufacturer with inquiries concerning warranties. Roseco is neither responsible nor liable for any changes in the duration or coverage status of these warranties as the manufacturers may change them at any time without notice. In general, removing the outer shell of a piece of equipment may void any warranty.

Please follow all operating instructions as indicated by the manufacturer. Failure to do so may result in personal injury, damage to the product, or inaccurate results. Roseco is neither responsible nor liable for damages or errors in readings due to neglect, misuse, or abuse.

Hazardous items are available for local Dallas-area pickup only. We cannot ship out these items. They will need to be drop-shipped from the factory and will incur hazardous ship fees — bulk minimum order quantities may be applicable. Such items include but are not limited to:
